Manager, Information and Referral Services
As a member of the senior management team, this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the 24 hour Information and Referral call center, as well as providing supervision and management to all program staff. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills to build a strong effective team.
Information and Referral Specialist (Homeless Hotline)
Responds to incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of contact from callers seeking information on a broad range of community organizations, services, and other resources. Assesses callers’ needs, obtains and documents information and effectively utilizes the resource database to provide the most relevant, timely, and effective information.
Assist in the development of new grants, support the implementation and processing of current grants, and prepare reports, as needed. This position is also responsible for research and prospect identification for new funding opportunities. Knowledge of grant proposal structure and processes is required
